At Burgers Catering, we work hard to prepare every order with care, accuracy, and fresh ingredients. Because our food is made to order and prepared specifically for each event, we do not offer refunds or returns.

No Refunds

All catering orders are final. Once your order is placed and confirmed, we begin preparing ingredients and scheduling production to ensure everything is ready for your event. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds for any reason, including changes of plans, event cancellations, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference.

No Returns

Since all food items are custom-prepared and perishable, we cannot accept any returns. Every order is created fresh and delivered directly to you, making returns impossible for health, safety, and quality control reasons.

Order Accuracy & Support

Although we do not offer refunds or returns, we are committed to providing excellent service. If there is an issue with the accuracy of your order, please contact us immediately. Our team reviews every concern promptly and works with you to ensure the best possible experience.
